Having built numerous timber frame homes over the years, we have several different options of floor plans readily accessible. These plans can be modified or taken as is to give you a style and construction that has already proven successful. Our diverse collection of floor plans offers various sizes, styles, and aesthetics to meet your vision and lifestyle needs. You can explore our collection by square footage ranging from 1,000 – 4,000+ Sq ft. or number of bedrooms to accommodate any size family. You can also sort our plans by style which includes both modern and traditional designs.
Custom Design
Whether or not you already have an architect, our expertise can be of service. Timber frame homes are built to coordinate with the nature surrounding them—whether on a mountainside, near a lake, or in a forest. You will want a customized design that precisely fits the views and orientation of your lot. Because of this, it’s best to look at your lot first and then proceed to conceptualizing drawings with the functional details that will maximize your home’s ecological efficiency.

Estimated Turnkey Pricing
The estimated turnkey price range for each of our pre-existing floor plans is based on the average cost per square foot to build in most areas of the country. These estimates do not include land purchase or any land improvement-related costs. The average cost per square foot to build a timber frame home varies by region and location. There are many other factors that will influence the overall construction costs such as site conditions, local permitting and servicing fees, design complexity, and level of finishes (cabinets, countertops, floor coverings, hardware, light fixtures, etc.).
