Packages
Colorado Timberframe offers a number of packages and supporting services to help in the construction of your project.
Our timber frame materials package includes a custom-crafted mortise and tenon frame using premium #1 grade or better, FOHC, Douglas fir, naturally air-dried in our yard outside Denver, Colorado. This package comes with a comprehensive set of engineered shop drawings that includes bent elevations, sections, elevations, 3D isometric views, dimensions, joint connections, labeled members, and proper instructions for installation.
Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) are the natural next step in turning a bare-bones structure into a safe and energy-efficient home. SIP panels are the “wall units” that seamlessly fit together to create the outer shell of your home. Combing timber frame with SIPs not only provides the structural integrity of a timber frame skeleton, but also the highest insulation quality available in a complete enclosing envelope. In addition, wall and roof panel units are fabricated off-site in a controlled environment, saving time and reducing waste.
In partnership with a network of preferred builders across the United States, we provide a complete “turnkey” of services from the start of planning your home’s design and selecting the proper lot to finishing the last items on your punch list even as you prepare to move in. Ask us if we have a preferred builder in your area!
Colorado Timberframe provides a full range of architectural design services through our network of preferred architects. These specialized designers provide services that meet the functional, financial, and aesthetic needs of our clients and will provide consultation throughout the jungle of decisions during the process. The process begins with initial sketches and ideas that eventually translate into detailed construction documents for permitting.
Our installation package includes the installation labor associated with the timber frame materials package and SIP enclosure system. Our installation crews are highly experienced in timber frame construction and travel to project sites all over the United States and North America.
